| Hi,From a stored procedure, I try to copy 3 excel files located in a shared folder on another file server, to my SQl server. After this I would save them as CSV and run a BulkInsert to upload the date into my SQL database tables. My SQL server devicename has been granted access to that shared folder. How am I supposed to connect to that shared folder?Thanks in advance! |

Hi Madhivanan,I finally found out the NT Authority\Network Service failed to access the shared folder although the computer is allowed to access it.How am I supposed to access the files in a shared folder on the network using the Nt Authority/Network Service?quote:
