When i open any procedure for modification and close it.
and again i want to open another procedures then again i have to
select Database-DB Name--progra..--store procedure -- then open the desired procedure...

But i want when i open any procedure and close it.. it should close all selected procedure... like tables

That's just not how it works. You can build a custom tool I suppose, but it wouldn't be worth it.

What would the world be like if M$ decided to do away with all GUI development tools?

You should do modifications using a Query Analyser. To open a stored procedure run this

EXEC sp_helptext 'procedure name'
