 How to convert this statement to Open SQL?

Hello,

Can someone please tell me how can I get an equivalent statement in Open SQL to the one below? Unfortunately Open SQL doesn't allow CASESs...


SELECT AVG(CASE WHEN VALUE_COST > 0 THEN VALUE_COST ELSE NULL END)
FROM... WHERE...
