 problem on the server

in my website,there is a login page so whenever i login from my server it is showing exception handling like this

and whenever i access this from client it is accessing and no problem is occurring . I have checked out but there is no problem in connection string.Please help me out , i am very new to this work,what should i do?

Panel did a justice on that subject. It has helped me once.

- Service must be running (start sql server service)
- Firewall should not block sql server port (so open the port by adding it to exceptions)
- Enable TCP/IP protocol. Make sure that SQL SERVER port is by Default 1433.
