Greetings

Is it a good practice to disable index when doing bulk insert/update/deletes in my datawarehouse. indexes are killing me when doing cruds.

Or it doe snot make a difference since re-enabling them might take some time?

Is this a good practice?

Thanks

yep you can do that. disabling will keep statistics intact and also gets updated as needed.
