CREATE A STORED PROCEDURE named new_Showing for adding records to the showing table.
i) the procedure should accept the showing date,listing ID,and buyer ID as parameters
ii) Using the listing ID provided determine the listing status
iii) If the listing status is "I" or "S",then display a message to the user indicating the status of the listing and stating that the property cannot be shown.For example, "this listing is inactive and cannot be shown".
iv) 1)if the listing ID provided,determine the listprice for the listing
2) Using the gpbuyer id provided, determine the maximum price the buyer is approved for
3)if the listprice is more than 25% greater than the buyer's maximum price,then display a warning message to the user that the list price is significantly higher than the buyer's maximum price.
