I have an access database that I am using to get information for a search page. We have 1 main table that has part numbers and abbreviations for different fields, such as driver, color, size etc.
I have tables for all of these abbreviations, I want to create a new table that does not have the abbreviations, but instead the full words.
So instead of seeing "ad fg e4", I want to see "Large spongebob toolbag" in the table, can someone tell me what I need to look for to get this table created, i've searched and searched to no availl.
Thanks
Tim

You mean the "ad fg e4" are 3 different abbreviations?

Can't you just duplicate your main table and change the abbreviation column to a description column?
