can you give an example of what you mean? How are you defining "Duplicate Queries" ?

lets say that you open the queries access menu and you see
the following querries listed:

jeff
jeff1
jeff2
jeff3

all of them are identical and you like to keep just one, jeff
and delete the rest but all at the same time not one
each time(i know that)

that doesn't mean they are all the same. They have similiar names but how do you know they are exactly the same?

Why can't you just delete them 1 by 1? Why do you need to/want to do this?

Cannot be done; you must do it one at a time. There is not "SHIFT" or "CONTROL" option while selecting queries or tables to select more than 1 in Access.
