| I am trying to write an T-SQL statement that will allow for user input and I can't seem to figure out how...In Access if you specify a parameter in the select statement that doesn't have a value it prompts you for the value...How do I do this with SQL Server T-SQL using the query analyzer ?For example, in Access if I write the SQL statement:SELECT * FROM Table1 WHERE Field1 = myvalueBecause myvalue has no value, a nice popup appears asking me for the value...How do I do this w/T-SQL and SQL Server ?THANKS -Jennifer |

| You need to write an application that does the pop-up. SQL Server doesn't do that for you.Tara |
