Hi,
We have a setup where folks remotely synchronize their laptop for
replication. Couple of those folks can successfully synchronize replication.
However when they are in a hotel setting they fail to do so. During these
times they get the following error:
Error: -2147467259 during synchronize Start phase
#20084 The process could not connect to Distributor 'QUO1'
#17 Sql Server does not exist or access denied.
ERROR - Your database was NOT synchronized contact system support!

Again when these folks come home the error is gone. They can successfully
synchronize.

I am not sure why this is happening. Any help for resolution of this issue
is highly appreciated. Regards

rmiao
