| That shuts the entire SQL Server down. If there are multiple databases then you will affect users on all of them. It's a little overkill to get users out of one DB.--Gail Shaw |

| 1.Right click on the database which you want to restore.2.Go to Properties3.Choose the OPTIONS 4.Change the state of database to single user.i.e., choose the value of Restrict Access to SINGLE user under STATE tab.Proceed towards the restoring process. |
