Hello all, I have installed an SQL 2005 Standard Edition and I deploy 1 RS in the web server successfully. I wanted to know if there is a possibility to install another RS on my 2nd web server (I have 2 web servers because I have WSD active/passive) although I know you can use scale out only in SQL 2005 Enterprise Edition!

Yes that is fine. If you want them to use different repositories, then just provide a new name for the databases during the RS installation.

But why don't you just install them as a web farm instead?

Hi Tara, I want to use the same DB for the RS from different web servers. If there is any explanations that I can use how to do it in farm installation I`ll be more th an happy to use it!
