 replication created but not started error

Dear All,
i've created replication between two databases, but while trying to view synchronization status, it is saying that

you must crate a job for this subscription.

what should i do now?

please guide me

Check the replication jobs on the distribution server.

got the error like this...
request to run job <myjob> from user accadmin refused because the job is already running from a request by user sa

I'm confused. Did you try to start a job that was already running? Have you tried restarting the agent?

now i've seen in relication monitor that uninitilized subscription....

While setting up replication, did you select the option to initialize?

I've only ever done push subscriptions, but I doubt that it matters.

Drop the subscription, then right click on the publication...

then right click at publisher or subscriber? i think i need to create the subscriber again....

shall i need to delete and create the publisher and subscriber? or need to drop only subscriber and create that again?

You asked how to do a push subscription, so that was what I was responding to. If you want to do a push subscription, do what I said (both steps) and you'll see the push option.
