Dear Experts,
if some thing happend in job and failed,.... or replication stopped,...is it possible to make sending alerts to mobile and mails? if so, please let me know the first steps.......

Not sure about replication but on jobs, last tab (notifications) you can set the different notification options. Check the BOL for how to set up the different methods

Install SMTP, Configure DBmail,and setup job for notifications.

SMTP will come with sql server or we need to purchase seperately?

what is net send there? and there is no mobile option....
can you suggest me how can i proceed?

Have to enable in Windows server.

there is no default sql server setting s to get the info to mobile?
atleast to mail......
without SMTP.......coZ we need to purchase SMTP.

You don't need to purchase it. It comes with Windows Server. Tell your hardware guys to install it.

Mailing can be setup even if you dont have SMTP,,try using an active script.
