Hi all, i want to share something. my client using 5 orderstation computer and 1 server. i have installed sql server 2005 in the server and all the 5 orderstation computer will connect to it. but sometimes i have to restart the server cause all orderstation computer become slow and sometime hang also. can everyone tell me what is the main problem? is this cable problem or server problem?

my server using Core 2 Duo,2 GHz of RAM, 2 x 120 GB SATA HDD

please help me

Have you checked your Event Logs around the time this occurs?Are all the orderstation computers slowing down at the same time?

Does app run on those machines auto reconnect to sql server? If not, you need stop app first then reboot server.
