Hello:

I am currently looking at ways to increase my marketability. We had a consultant come into my Division and he migrated ms access records to MS SQL. I believe he also used a bit of JAVA code to enhance the GUI. I was wondering, being as he wasn't able to complete all that he wanted to do, what certifications or trainings could I get that would help me pick up where he left off? What would you all recommend I do. I'm interested in really building my resume. I have a MS in IS but I quickly learned experience is everything. But I want to use my division as a stepping stair to success. And they currently run on Server 2g and 2g3. They do alot of data entry in Access. Help me map out a way to use this to my IS advantage. I live in NJ so if you know of things within the state that I should look into please let me know. Thank you all in advance, all recommendations are welcome

What are Server 2g and 2g3? You mean win2k and win2k3? I believe there are lot of programming training classes, pick one that used in your company.
