Please help! For the past 4 days, I have, to no avail, tried to find this executable file in my "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn\" folder and it isn't there. I've reinstalled SQL Server Express Edition, SP2, "Advanced Feature" even tried the SQL Server Express Edition 2008 nothing seems to work! I've also downloaded the .msi files as found in the Microsoft Forums. Tried installing the SQL Server DTS 2000 and the SQL Server 2005 Integration Services Backward Compatibility. NOTHING WORKS! I am as frustrated as can be now.

Can anyone tell me please, why this is happening? I am very new to SQL so some of the language that's being used in these various forums aren't "laymen" friendly. I also have SSMS installed. Really don't know what else to do. Please someone help! I am running Vista Home Basic w/1 GIG Ram.
