What is the best way to export data from SQL SERVER 2005 to Oracle 10g While having same table/schema structure on both sides ???

Script out the tables first. If you allow the Microsoft tools to do that for you, it will place all names in double quotes, and the names will become case sensitive. You may also end up with an incorrect schema name. Generate the script through SSMS, modify it to your needs, and run that script on the Oracle database. Once the tables have been created properly, you can move the data over using the Export/import wizard in SSIS. After that, apply any indexes and primary and foreign keys.

I found Oracle tool sqldeveloper-5440, perfect. It not only migrate ur table structures as well as table data. Forign key problem is also resolved in this version.
