I m in troble with simple question

I have two tables TableA having column col1,col2,col3 and TableB with columns col4, col5

Col1 of table is Primary key and col4 of TableB is foreign key with Reference table TableA and referenced column col1

Now I want to drop cluster index of col1 and again create non-cluster index on it.

Please provide me correct syntax

You can do it in ssms, just change it to non-clustered in design table page and save it.
