Kevin writes "Using SQL7, I have created a Pull Subscription in the Pull Subscription Wizard (this subscription is also going over the internet). SQL7 Books Online says the Distribution Agent is located on the Subscriber, which is this machine. I have some questions about this:

When I created the pull subscription, was the Distribution Agent automatically created and initialized? If so, how can I view it's history, I don't see the Replication monitor in Enterprise Mgr -- Books Online says Replication monitor is activated only when the server is enabled as a Distributor. Does this imply that for a pull subscription I have to enable the Subscriber as a Distributor?! Or does the Distribution Agent simply run in the background after I create the Pull Subscription? If that is the case, then how do I see it's properties and history??

(the Pull Subscription is not working so I want the Distribution Agent properties and history for troubleshooting and setting HistoryVerboseLevel.)

Thanks for any help with this!

Kevin"
