Hello from a SQL server newbie! If I have violated any forum rules, just let me know....

A client has forced me to leave my warm, comfy MS Access behind and develop his App using SQL Server 2005.

I have an Access database with a bunch of tables built for the app and had done some preliminary coding (VB6 using DAO).

Is their a way to import my already defind Access tables into my SQL Server database? (ie: like "Get external data" in Access where I could import a table from another source)

Any other tips to help me transition db platforms?

Thanks.
