I have a 64 bit server with 16 gig ram (14 gig for SQL Server), 6 disks on raid 10, temp db on separate raid 1. Four 3.2Ghz processors (But hyper-threading, Dual Core makes it look like 16 etc...)

Perf Counter: Memory: Pages/sec Average: 1400
Isn't that way too high? Shouldn't it be less than 20 or so?
(SQL Buffer Hit Cache Ratio & % Processor Time is good)

Also, Physical Disk: % Disk time: 1300 (on the raid 10 with 6 disks)
Isn't that way too high? Shouldn't it be less than 50 or so?
(Should I be deviding 1300 by 6?)

Do you have 'Lock in memory pages' enabled in 64-bit server? How long did you run Perfmon to take average?

No, i don't have that enabled. Do you think it is pushing the % disk time up? I ran it for 40 minutes during peak time.
