Buzzi thanks...

It looks that your run command is correct, since when I run it on my loacl machine it does open SQL Managment Studio.

Actually I need to check on our client's server if they have SQL Server 2005 (including reporting services) is installed or not. There, I dont see Sql Managment studio in start > Programs.
When I run "sqlwb" it gives erorr, that "Windows cannot find sqlwb".

Please see the image on the link below. As you can see there's only "Surface Area Configration", but where is the "SQL Managment Studio", and "SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio"? How to find out without asking the client if the above are installed on the client's server or not?

Please suggest

Then do a search on the client's computer for sqlwb.exe.

tkizer,

I searched it and I was unable to find anything. It must be that no client tools are bieng installed on the server, please correct me if I am wrong here.

If sqlwb.exe is not on the client's computer, then the SQL client tools aren't installed. When you install SQL Server, the box to install these is not automatically checked for you. Some people don't allow the tools to be installed on the database server and for good reason. That's what a desktop is for.
