I have a package which calls a stored procedure:

exec pLogProcessStart NULL,?,NULL,NULL,?

but I am unfamiliar with what the '?' represents?

Please let me know. Thanks!

That are placeholders. I am sure there are package-vars assigned...

Just to collow up on what Webfred said, the '?' are the ODBC parameter place holders. The .Net provider allow you to have named parameters (like @FirstName, @LastName, etc). ODBC replaces them in order where as .NET does a mapping by name.
