HiWe upgraded from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 about 2 years ago. We use transactional replication quite extensively, but the replication that was created in 2000 and upgraded in the upgrade process does not have all the properties of replication created after the upgrade to 2005 e.g. it does not replicate added columns unless you specify sp_addreplcolumn.Anyway, we want to drop all the 2000 publications and recreate them so that they are created in 2005, but we have no idea which are still old 2000 publications and which are new 2005 publications. Apart from dropping and recreating all 155 publications, is there a way to tell which publlications were created in 2000 and upgraded? Thanks,T

Did you change compatibility to 90 after upgrade?

Yes, all published databases are on compatibility 90. The most annoying problem is that even if you script the publication, drop the publication, then re-create the publication with the script, it is still a 2000 publication.

Are you having publisher/Distributor in same server or different? What do you see in publisher properties?

Distributor is seperate server. Not sure what you mean by what do I see in publisher properties. There is the distribution servername, the distribution database name, the admin link password & a tab with all the pulication databases. Please note I don't want to find out why this happened, I know this already. All I want to find out is if there is a way to check in the system tables which publications are 2000 publications and which are not.
