| I am having a field of Dateofjoin with a data type datetime but i want to access only time instead of displaying date+time..please give me a reply as early as possible thanx |

Try this:SELECT CONVERT(varchar(8),getdate(),108)You can replace getdate() with your Column in that example.Webfred
