Hi
What is main difference between sql server 2005 script and sql server 2000 script.
I have sql server 2005 script and my requirements all stored procedure written in sql server 2005 use in sql server 2000.
When I am running thin script, its shows so many syntax problem.
So please inform me what is necessary changes into sql server 2005 script.

There is no SQL Server 2003. Are you refering to SQL Server 2005?

Without the script hard to commnt what is the issue, but check SQL Serevr books online (documentation with SQL Server) for breaking changes from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005
