I have three computers the first two both have SQL Server Express Advanced 2005 with reporting services installed. One computer is XP and the other Vista 32bit. I can see report manager, folders and run reports from both. The problem lies with the connection from the third computer which is XP. I login as a basic user (no admin) with the correct roles set in report manager and I can see report manager, folders and run reports with the correct rights when I point the web browser at the XP Server PC so no problem here. However here is the problem. When I do the same and point the web browser of the third computer (XP) to the Vista Server I get the standard no connection error on the web page. So my question is what needs to be set in Vista IIS permissions to get the web pages to be displayed remotely? |

Problem was the firewall. http or possibly port 80 listening is blocked by default. |
