| Hi,I have a doubt regarding DBA activites.If any one know the activities and roles what a DBA performs tell me.are the following related to DBA 1)Receiving requests from developers through internal mail regarding creation of Table,View,Procedure,function.All these are created by the developer and sends me by using internal mail2)I will update them in the Databases,and maintain the script in the Team Foundation Server(Source Control)3)Give Backup and recovery of DataBases when ever needed.If the above doesnt belong to DBA give me the way to become a DBAkumarkumar |

| Yes it is part of DBA job especially Junior DBA tasks. |
