| Hello boys and girls,I got me a biiiig problem. Full-text searching has gone badly wrong. I've read every article and checked every setting. Basically indexing is fine. But searching is dog-slow. It doesn't seem to cache anything to memory anymore. It's got plenty of memory but it's not using it. It only caches for a very short period of time.That's further proven by the fact that my average disk queue length has jumped from 1.4 to 11!!Does anyone know how I can get full-text search to start behaving again?If not, I'll get on to Microsoft and report back here. |
