i have back up from sqlserver 2005 express
i am trying restore that in sql server 2005 standed version
i am getting the wrror messge


how can o restotre that

You can go up versions, but not down.

we developed the product in standed version

but clinet cant pay high money that why we are giving to him standed version

You can restore if you are going from Express to standard in SQL 2005.

If it was developed in standard edition and he "cant pay high money", how are you "giving to him standed version"?? Seems to be a license violation here, IMO.
