as the Chairman Mr.Ramalingaraju was resigned from his services at satyam computers Ltd, now the share value is just Rs/-38. means it is in deep trouble. i think some other ITGaints may take over Satyam.

Yes ofcourse, but satyam gave the courage to depend on IT in india for people as well as for organizations

How is the feeling with the employees there ? Is everyone making a run for the next scheduled walk-in ?? I heard in one of the news channel, that people are running with whatever they can grab hold of .. bull shit for sure.

No....
we had a promise from the top management, and sure there will be no lay offs. as per chit chat with employee, some other organization may take over Satyam.
i think tech mahindra or IBM or WIPRO may take over
