Hi,

Just wondering what the pro's recommend here? Are there any good tools / techniques for debugging? I have never debugged a SP before :S

I just use PRINT statements, but you can debug them directly in Management Studio if you've got the needed permissions. You can also debug them from within Visual Studio.

In SSMS? That is only availabe in SSMS2008 and later?

Well SSMS2008 works great with 2005. I haven't touched the debugging stuff as I do not debug that way.
