Hope someone can help.

The company I work for has a database. At some point during yesterday a db backup was restored to an earlier time. I'd like to know if there's a sure way of finding out who may have restored it?

Also, if a job runs to restore a db, could someone using sql express run this job?

What permissions would someone need from SQL Express to restore a backup on the server.

Really hope someone can help.

Thanks

See Standard reports for that database to track that.

Or you can use MSDB.Restorehistory.
