need help to migrate the Access Database to SQL Database without using the DTS (Data Transformation Services)

how to do this,

Its possible but tedious job.
Use OPENROWSET and need to write this for all tables manually.
some thing like

INSERT INTO tbale SELECT CustomerID, CompanyName
   FROM OPENROWSET('Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0',
      'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\SAMPLES\Northwind.mdb';
      'admin';'',Customers)

Use Tools like SSMA for Access to migrate .
