| hi, I am currently doing a research on storage engine for sql server 2000.I have understood the paging concepts of the .mdf file thanks to the very useful posts of Paul s. Randal that i found on the net.One such page type is the text page which is used to store text record.It comprises of tree structure that stores LOB values.Can anybody help me understand this tree structure. How can one come to know If a record in a data page is pointing to a record in a text page. Thanks in advance |
