 how can i know if my disk is right?

i write simple query of INSERT INTO

how can i see the performance of writing to the disk(i/o) and how can i know that is right?

Check the performance monitor:

AVG Disk writes/sec 
- It should be less than 8 ms.

That is Average no of bytes written to disk /sec.

I was saying about:
Avg disk sec/writes


Avg no of sec to write to disk.

yes this what i choose (AVG.Disk sec/write)
for physical disk

i make restart, and run again the query
after 1 minutes 0.100
after 2 minutes 0.022
after 3 minutes 0.025
