michael writes "I have about 20 amennities that you can search on my site. How can i have this fp.FeatureId in (2,13,15,16) only return the property that has all these features.

my table has 2 columns PropertyId and FeatureId

so, if one property has 3 features, their will be 3 rows.

I have been working on this for about 3 weeks and i am going crazy...... I think i am going to have to make a temp table, please i have no where else to go..

thank you,
Michael Satterfield"

I assume your users are coming through a website - correct?

If so, give all your checkboxes the same name on your form. When the form is submitted, you will get multiple values (2,13,15,16)

Pass this into a stored procedure and write your query using IN

CREATE PROCEDURE pullproperties

@ammenities varchar(50) --the value passed in

AS

SELECT * FROM TBLNAME WHERE FeatureID IN @ammenities

Something like this should work.
