Hi there, I just bought a computer that has to run Vista 64 bit because of its specifications and my MSDN alliance software only provides me with SQL Server 2005 32 bit edition. Is there any way to get it to run correctly with this version of Vista? Thanks, Taylor

If you have 64 bit OS then you should be able to use both 32 bit and 64 bit sql server...What edition of Sql Server do you have? You may have to use windows server.

I have SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition 32 bit. Do you think this is going to work. I haven't got a chance to actually try to put it on the new computer yet because it is still in the process of being sent to me, but I have heard that it probably won't work if I just try to install it normally. I don't know how else I would go about installing it though.
