This is my first time here. Hello, to you all.
I have a question: "What is the best way to go about determining how to design a database to store lots of documentation?"

Thanks.....

I am working on a project with a friend of mine. He wants me to develop a database that will efficiently hold lots of documents, for example Microsoft word docs, excel sheets, and other documents of that nature. He just wants fast access and good storage.
