If you mean, '08:02:00:00','22:45:20:00'...

select convert(varchar,datediff(hour, '08:02:00:00','22:45:20:00'))+':'+convert(varchar,datediff(minute, '08:02:00:00','22:45:20:00')%60)+':'+convert(varchar,datediff(second, '08:02:00:00','22:45:20:00')%60)
