Hi i'm looking for a way to put a trim function within a query. Anyone have an example i could work from? My problem is with a table of lat/long values that were incorrectly put it in.

For example

Longi Lat
98.22456 -35.9877

This mess up is in a ton of records and I need to get a query that results in -98.22456 and 35.9877 but each long/lat value is different. Any thoughts? Thank you folks!

SELECT dbo.fnParseString(-1, Col1),
dbo.fnParseString(1, Col1)
FROM Table1

E 12°55'05.63"
N 56°04'39.26"
