| Hi, I am new to sql and don't know much about it!I recentelly add a forum to my main website and create a sql server to be able to do that (with godaddy)I am also going to start a blog and the "program" I will use requires a sql server! Can I use the same sql server for the forum and the blog or I have to create a new one?Thanks for helping |

| You can use the same sql server instance to support multiple applications. It is typical to logically group objects in their own database. Some reasons to use multiple servers are:- space limitations (doubtful in your case)- security.
