Can somebody may help with the following?

Table_A contains columns:
State, Cell_ID, Site_ID (first 7 digits of Cell_ID), Date, Speech Accessibilty, Packet Accessibility, HS Accessibility,
CS RRC attempts, CS RRC Successes, Speech RAB attempts, Speech RAB Successes

Table_B contains columns:
Site_ID, Date, CE usage (in absolute)

Table_C contains columns:
Site_ID, CEs on a site

Our Current Cell level KPIs are
Speech Accessibilty = 95%,
Packet Accessibility = 95%,
HS Accessibility = 95%

1. Produce a list of cells that failed A KPI yesterday (assume date = '2009-01-28')?

2. Calculate CE utilization (CE usage/CEs on a site) for all sites yesterday?

3. Calculate the daily Speech Accessibility for the last 2 weeks of a cluster. ?
Assume Cluster contains following Cell_IDs:
12345678, 12345679, 12345670, 12345671 and are stored in column Cell_ID in table A.
Assume Speech Accessibility = (CS RRC Successes/CS RRC attempts)*(Speech RAB Successes / Speech RAB attempts)*100
Assume date is '2009-01-15'

Its not a homework question and I supposed these tables etc.

I have written only some basic queries for part 1 like:

Select CellId from Table_A where date >= '2009-01-28' and Speech Accessibility <= 95

But how to make calculations like division and join so many tables now?

Assume Cluster contains?
Assume Speech =?
Assume date = ?

and its NOT a homework question? Are you playing the semantics game, and it's really a test question?
