I am executing a .bat file from a VB6 application which executes a BCP command. The first three characters of the file's (4) I am BCP's out from a Sql2005 db are being replaced with 0's. If I execute the .bat file directly from the folder in which it resides the data is BCP'd out correctly.

1. We can't see the content of the .BAT file.
2. We have no access to the data
3. We don't know what the created file is supposed to look like
