Author  Topic  dwsdad Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2009-05-14 : 08:56:35 I've been working with oracle in a UNIX environment for a while and now am working with MS SQL 2005 in a Windows environment. This is a different beast for me. Is there a way to move existing databases and their logfiles off the local storage and put them on a NAS? I have access to a huge EMC storage array would love to get those database files over there. So far, I have not seen a way to do it using the GUI tools.
