| My workplace recently upgraded to SQL 2005 and it is affecting an access database that I use. The access database has 3 linked tables linked to the 3 different tables on the same database on our server. They are all linked at the same time and with the same user ID and password. Once the connection is established I can open 2 of the tables and edit them. The third can be opened but not editted. If I close the Access database and re-open it, and then try accessing one of the 2 tables I could edit, I am prompted for the SQL connection user ID & password again. I type it in and then it lets me in the table but I am unable to edit anything like I was able to at first connection. Any help would be appreciated. I am unfamiliar with SQL Servers. I am support for process but our IT department has not been any help to me since our company does not support access databases. Thanks,Angela |
