Hi, I have used the SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access to migrate an Access database into SQL Server 2005. There were only 2 tables in this database, but over 2 million records. At first it appeared that everything worked perfectly, but after getting into the first table, we noticed that the Primary key for the table lost it's autonumber datatype. For some reason, when I go in to try and change this column to an identity column, I can't. When I click the Identity property there no selection for yes shows. Can anyone tell me what I need to do here? I'm not a SQL Server pro by any means! Any advice would be great. |
