Hello, we are exporting some of our sites to a new dedicated server. As you can see from the pics, having a bit of trouble with our SQL database. Bascially i have copied the 2 files we need (files mdf and ldf) to the needed folder. We have installed SQL Server Management Studio Express and are using Remote Desktop Connection to transfer and connect to our new server. But as you can see......they just wont connect properly. Im a little stumped tbh - any ideas why this will not work? thx for any ideas there...... |

| I would advice you backup and restore. Also, is the name of the source and target db the same ?Lastly, check the option overwrite existing db |
