Hello All

I'm in the process of tuning my application database.
Please help me with the steps for tuning my existing database with removing and reorganising indexes. Also guide me how the Database tuning advisor plays a part in this

Here is what I prefer to do. Capture the workload using profiler and use DTA to come up with recommendations based on that workload.
